合理的給蓋方式，氣缸預(yù)先將蓋子送到封罐壓頭下方，封罐時罐子升高頂起蓋子到壓頭，保證*準(zhǔn)確對位，避免了預(yù)先給蓋到罐子上，罐子移位時蓋子偏移導(dǎo)致封罐劃痕的風(fēng)險；
伺服電機驅(qū)動封罐輪，封罐輪進(jìn)出速度可調(diào)，保證封罐速度更快，卷邊更均勻，緊密度更好；
真空泵前道裝有過濾器，配置壓縮空氣反吹裝置，過濾器上被吹走的粉塵從獨立通道被吸走配合另配的除塵機，無需人工頻繁清理過濾器；
PLC和觸摸屏控制；
輸送帶進(jìn)罐和出罐；
全不銹鋼結(jié)構(gòu)；
