The intelligent fully automatic pasting magnetic sheet machine is the high-performance automatic equipment specially designed for pasting magnetic for gray board developed by our company in order to meet the demands of customers on high yield, less labor and high quality of clamshell paper box. It can automatically feed and discharge gray board , automatically feed magnet, automatic digging and automatic gluing, and can suGJtitute manual operation of putting magnet. 1、產(chǎn)量高，1000~1300PS/小時，大大節(jié)省人工；單機一人操作即可。 機器自動打孔，深度可調(diào)，改變?nèi)斯ぬ艨坠r多不統(tǒng)一的情況。 同時貼2個磁鐵，同時貼1個，2個，3個，可定做多片（大于3片）。 灰板放料方式：上料板放料，下料板下料；也可選配輸送線送取料。
2、灰板貼磁鐵位置可調(diào)，吸嘴位置可調(diào)，移灰板速度可調(diào)，膠量可調(diào)，貼磁壓力大小可調(diào)，貼單片、雙片程序可設(shè)定（可跟據(jù)客戶修改）；
3、放灰板高度達200mm，自動送灰板，放磁鐵位精準統(tǒng)一；
4、放灰板位置400x1000，型號更換方便簡單，適用型號廣泛；
5、采用高精密加工件，配置高穩(wěn)定性能電氣元器件，操控簡單且人機界面交流友好；
6、具有故障報警自動停機功能，并發(fā)出故障提示信息，更配備有精確實時生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)能計數(shù)功能

1. High yield, 1000~1300PS/hour, greatly saving labor; single machine can be operated by one person.The machine can automatically punch the holes, the depth is adjustable, thus changing the situation of more labor hours and inconsistent position of holes when punching manually. It can paste two magnets simultaneously, and one, two and three magnets, and several pieces (more than three pieces) can be customized. Gray board feeding mode: material is fed to the feeding board and discharged from the discharging board; and the conveying line can also be used for feeding and discharging material.
2. The position of the pasting magnet on gray board is adjustable, the suction nozzle position is adjustable, the gray board moving speed is adjustable, the glue amount is adjustable, the magnet pasting pressure is adjustable, and the program of pasting single piece and double piece can be set (according to the demands of customer);
3. The height of feeding gray board is up to 200mm, and the gray board is automatically fed, the position of pasting magnet is accurate and uniform;
4. The position of feeding gray board is 400x1000, the model replacement is convenient and simple, and the product is applicable to various models;
5. Adopt high-precision machining parts, it is equipped with high-stability electrical components with simple operation and friendly man-machine interface;
